have you had any experience using gluten free flour for this? any recommendations?

Hello Nerissa, so I just called my friend and she recommended 2 things. Firstly, she said try a good gluten free flour that can do a 1:1 conversion of the plain flour.

Secondly, she sent me a Donna Hay recipe that uses rice flour. Here is the link.
